The item I want is out of stock, will it ever come back again?

We will some times restock the same item but most likely be in a different color unless it comes back by demand.

Will items in my cart be held until I checkout?

No. Items in your cart are not held.

All items go to the first person who completes the checkout process. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, shipping charges vary depending on where you live and the weight of your order.

You are responsible for any taxes and duties charged by your country. International shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery, depending on the country.

Not all countries offer continued tracking once your package has left the United States. If you are not able to locate your package once it has left the United States, please contact your local postal carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages.

When will my order ship?

While we generally ship faster, please allow  2-4 business days of purchase date for standard shipping. For expedited shipping, orders will ship the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information at the email address you used to place your order.

My order has shipped but hasn’t arrived?

Please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking information. The Post office should be able to help you locate your package.

My order's tracking shows it has been delivered but I haven't received it?

Packages marked as delivered, but not received need to be handled by you and the carrier. Once the package leaves our facility, we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and do an investigation on your behalf. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

Can I make changes to my order before it has shipped?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to it.  If contacted within 30 minutes after the order has been placed, we can combine orders if necessary.  Please email us if you would like us to combine your orders.   

Wrong address

Reshipping of packages returned to Tiny Threads due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customers expense.  

Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale purchasing?

We are not currently offering products to the wholesale channel.  

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Items must be purchased directly from Tiny Threads.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn and unwashed product, with tags still attached, within 30 days of purchase.

Item must arrive back to Tiny Threads within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. If items arrive to us after 30 days of purchase, store credit may be issued up to 45 days after purchase. We are not able to offer anything for items returned 45 days after purchase.

All items are inspected upon arrival; for signs of wear, damage, or use. If returned items don't meet basic restocking standards, items will be returned to customer .

Items can be returned for a refund or store credit of the purchase price of the item (shipping is not included in refund or store credit). 

**Please keep tracking information on all items sent back to us. 

**Proof of purchase is required.

Order number, product you would like to return & reason for the return

All sales are FINAL on discounted items.

All sales of Gift Cards are FINAL.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect items carefully upon receipt.

We strive to send perfect product but, every once in a while a defective item may slip through the cracks. We stand behind our products 100% and are happy to offer a full refund or store credit for items that are returned back to us, unwashed and unworn. After contacting our team, we can issue a shipping  return label. 

You must contact Tiny Threads within 15 days of receipt to initiate a claim for a defective item. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt. Defective items must be returned to us to initiate your claim. We do not offer exchanges, refunds or credit on purchases  after 30 days, or on items that have been washed or worn.

GIFT CARD POLICY

All gift cards purchased on our website are a final sale and non-refundable.
